Where is the option to offer different sizes in a listing

I don't see the option on this listing I am making now. I remember trying to edit a listing and they said I had to make a new one for this option. Did they take that option out? I saw it a few months ago. I have a listing right this second and i am ready to post it but I would like to be able to make other options please help asap. THANKS
