Yes.
To create a new locker you click on "lockers" tab on left hand side and then click "New Locker." You type the name for the locker in the locker title box and for the locker text you should see a box that has {link} {link} {link} which are your offer links. You can format the look of them in this box and you can also delete or add another {link} token if you want more or less offers to display in your content locker. All the other options in step one should be self explanatory.
To change the appearance of your locker by changing border color, background color or background image. If you click on the box that says select image from background you should see several premade templates you can choose one of these or create your own, upload it to the web and paste the link into "background url" box.
Step 3 and 4 is self explanatory too.
Next you save and edit or preview your locker. The preview function is not working properly so in order to preview it you actually have to install your locker first and readjust your formatting accordingly.
Next you add links. You can click save and edit links at the bottom or edit links at the top. When you click that you should see a list of offers that are available with the name of the offer, the url of the offer, option to blank referrer, what country the offer is available in, if the offer is active and actions.
If the offers have red x next to them they are active. Click the x to remove them from your locker. The offers that have the little box next to them and not the red x are active but not being showed in your locker. Just click the box to add them to your locker.
To edit the text that the locker displays for each offer click on the "offers" tab option on the left and next to each offer click on the little pencil to change what the offers say. (For some reason all offers can't be changed)
To install the locker click on "embed code" at the top of the page. You should see embed code and instructions. Paste the codes accordingly. If not using jquery make sure to use BOTh pieces of code. One code in the header and the other in the body like the instructions say.
