If your serious and have an interest with Internet Marketing, I highly recommend you choosing a monetization method to begin with.
Something like:
Adsense
CPA
CPC
Something that you think suits you, learn about it and experiment with it. Get your first site up, read as much as you can on the topic. No matter what, don't give up.
Get into action! The best way to learn is seriously just attempting to do something, even if you don't see results, it's all part of the learning process. Remember that everyone here was a noobie once. It takes time.
But if your just looking for a quick buck, I recommend Fiverr.

Nobody can tell you the "best" place to start making money online because what works for one or some person/people may not work for others. It's important to find a money making venture that doesn't just present you with the opportunity to make money, but also be something that you can truly get excited over and about, because the passion has to be there for you to be extremely successful. Browse the forums and if something catches your eye, learn all that you can about it, from the basics to the more complex, by researching and asking questions that can't be easily answered via a search engine. It's important that you demonstrate that you're first willing to help yourself before others will help you, and that's something that's true both online and off, when it comes to anything and everything in life.

You should start HERE. Read every making money post you can and download as many shares as you can!
