Where is a good place to sell website?

I've sold numerous sites on Empire Flippers and FE International. Generally they won't look at sites where the total sale price is less than 30k. It's just not worth their time for smaller sites than that.
In terms of a site earning $200-300 per month I'd recommend MotionInvest

I don't claim to be an expert: to my surprise I sold three sites on sideprojectors. The first was a site made with PLR resources. I bought the PLR (it was high quality) and rebranded it with a new name and new images. The site was already built but needed the images changing out. Sold it fairly easily but not much money: $70. That said the main work was the rebranding of the PLR. The other two were automated WP travel affiliate sites. They took quite a lot of setting up - straightforward if a bit tedious. I got a few more $$ for them but not sure it was worth the effort, plus follow up support for one of the buyers who didn't have a clue.
The good aspect of sideprojectors is that it's free. The potential downside is that you have to sort out payment yourself which can lead to being scammed if you're not careful.
I also had a couple of sites on there that didn't sell at all and this I think is the issue with flipping - fine if your site sells but what if it doesn't?

Yeah, they used to approve $300/m sites, but nowadays the minimum is $1k/m or $500/m if using adsense or amazon to monetize
Do you boilerplate sites and automate your SEO?

I don't think Empire Flippers will accept you with these earnings. Flippa or Motioninvest are probably your best bets.

Very nice, thanks for sharing, i will try the FB groups to sell my sites.I'm an active website flipper and here are a few suggestions based on my experience:
Option 1: MotionInvest
They specifically deal with small to medium sites and have a nice pool of buyers. There are two options: first, they'll either buy your website directly or second, list it to the marketplace (20% commission)
Option 2: Facebook Groups
If you want to handle it all yourself and not pay any commission, this is better.

You'll get plenty of interest but 80% of those will be just asking for domain and then won't reply. So, that's the worst thing but it's free so worth a try.
Make sure to always use Escrow.
Option 3: Flippa
I know everyone here thinks that Flippa is a rat hole (which it is) but there are some good buyers too.

You can see here that the websites do get sold for a nice multiple so it's worth a try..
Option 4: BlackHatWorld
Yes, you can sell your website right on this forum and there are high chances that it'll get sold at a nice multiple here.
The only thing is that you'll need to wait for around 30 days (or more these days) to get the sales thread approved.
