So this isn’t really a trick, but mostly common sense. what I like to do to find out good niches on the market, is to find sites that are being sold and have been sold on Flippa. It will show you the websites that have been sold within this link here https://flippa.com/search?query[key...won&filter[property_type]=established_website
Now what I will do is find the highest priced websites, and find some ideas on how I can implement some of their tactics onto my own marketing strategies. You can find some golden opportunities within this website, and you don’t necessarily have to be there to buy a website, although you can. I use it mostly to research the market, and make my own ideas to monetize.
