go for flippa which they do have lot of potential buyer that may give you better opinion what price you should sell it to make it most value. There are lot of visitors that selling and buying in flippa that everyday also do have transaction making.

You can still try selling it on Flippa. They have just changed their rules so you are not allowed to say anything about "Potential". You can only put the facts as they stand now. It is then up to a potential buyer to see the potential and choose to buy it.
Try DP and people do still buy off eBay, I think.
But it is true you'd be better off taking some time to let the site mature, build some traffic and hopefully revenue.
