i doubt that this is real searches.
looks like a production of doorway generator from list of keywords

If you are running wordpress, the plugin called Seo Search Terms 2 (aka SST2) is doing exactly the same (and it's free).

I'm using it, and it's great. I never really knew if it is/was black or greyhat (but I see quite a few authority websites that are using this for ages)
