Hi, need advice where I can buy US desktop installs? need about 1000 in one day, will be good if price will be about 200-400$? maybe somebody have some sites where I can found that?

I think you might have misunderstood what this forum is about. Not saying you have, but I have a reason to believe so.

I think OGads does desktop installs as well. I might be mistaken, but there are other platforms out there where you can be a advertiser and have publishers under you.

1k installs per day? wow even if you get that offer done, it wont be def safe and legit
 
You can find and webmaster or affiliate expert, who work with Facebook for example, and he can try to provide you installs for that price. That can be cheaper than if you will access some official service. I have a contact for such webmaster, that can make you installs, but don't know about the price and condition.

You need to contact the websites in downloads type category for that. These sites usually use these type of ads
