there's a nifty trick that will nearly guarantee you're not using the same dating/myspace profile pic as the next guy and it's google images.
no you don't blindly type 'jane' and pray, there's a smarter way about it.
ever heard the tip that you can see what ppl's first picture they take are by searching 'img_0001.jpg' in google images? what you've got is an infinite, untapped supply of pics at your disposal. just change up the sequence number to get more.
only trouble would be sifting through a few pages to get what you want, but it can be worth it for a more genuine pic. and that's just for canon cameras, there's other camera makers out there with different name formats, panasonic's start at 'P1000001.jpg' for example.
