I'm hoping someone here can provide me with some advice on selling leads.

I've been pushing affiliate offers for so many years. My biggest gripe is many of the landing pages are awful, and I feel I could do a much better job myself. I'm able to develop very nice responsive landing pages, setup servers and create the backend for aggregating leads. That's the easy part.

The tough part is where to sell these leads. Do you have to find clients beforehand? How does that work?

For example, I'm able to get leads for loans all day long. But the landing pages and offers available on the networks I use suck. They convert, but they could do so much better. It's been this way for years.

The best I can do at the moment is create my own landing pages and build mailing lists. But the ROI is so much higher if you're able to sell the leads to multiple companies AND still mail them. I've ran tests in the past where I've entered mobile numbers into offers and I will get contacted from the company running the offer. But then every other day I will get calls and SMS messages from unrelated companies.

I'm not sure if they do this as a way to test the response before selling, or whether they are maximizing profits.

Anyway, where's the best place to start when it comes to selling leads? Any information, or resources would be super helpful.

    Thanks

Maybe you can try approaching the CPA advertisers directly.

True, this sometimes works. We recently tried it with a large UK company and they flat out refused. More times they're not interested. Great suggestion though and it can work in some cases. I'd like to know what they do with the leads and where to start in order to start doing the same.

A lot of them have affiliate programs that you can just register, take their link and run their offers on your traffic.
