if you knew that info, you could undercut them. Why not just support them and use their service if you need proxies?

Unless somehow they say where it comes from, one can only speculate really. Usually providers won't disclose that information for competition purposes.

May be try entering their proxy into whois db, you may be able to lead somewhere.
