But they are so few of them as the vast majority of the people with money or lower upper class and above do not waste their time on FB. They are to busy with their careers,or are busy actually doing stuff to spend time on FB. And even for the ones online its going to be hard to market towards them since they are used to idiots spamming them.

Offline marketing of a brand to affluent people is a much better way to target that segment of the population

Same place as poor people lol. There's no difference in the sites they visit, asides from probably more ecommerce sites as they can afford to buy goods - that any niche sites catering to certain lifestyles or date a milllionaire type sites.
