Few website's missing from the list like Zoho but it's a good place to start.
My advice, add PDFs to Web 2.0s, they can act as a knowledgebase in which you have many authoritative PDFs curated around from the web, including your own for your niche. What I like to do is to ensure that the PDF has the base URL set in your original file location on your website. Ensure the document is indexed on your website first before publishing it elsewhere.
