Where do you store your contacts?

Hi,

I own several niche newsletters, spanning from hundreds of subscribers to thousands of subscribers. So far, all my contacts are stored in Brevo, which is the service I use to send newsletters. But each newsletter has a different account, so there's no way for me to see if there's an overlap between newsletters, and to study the behaviour of the subscribers cross-newsletter. The only way is to export the contact lists as a spreadsheet, and analyze them in Excel/Google Sheets.

Can you suggest me a tool where I can store all my contacts? A repo where I can also do data enrichment (for instance take the First Name from newsletter B, if it is missing from the subscription in newsletter A), behaviour analysis (opens, clicks, unsubscribes), etc.

Or maybe a tip on how to setup a custom environment to do it. I was thinking of using Airtable, but I'm still not sure that's the right tool for me.

From what you're describing Convertkit does what you want. You can tag and segment subscribers based on your defined criteria. I use it to run a few newsletters I have.
