This shit is crazy... last time when I checked it was $2.5k a few months ago, now $4800... fuck me!
I think that Bitcoin exist just to make me feel bad

I'm not sure about BTC but I see ETH, OMG, & ARK going to some crazy places within the next year.
BTC on the other isn't really a valuable crypto other than the fact that it was the first.

10k+ minimum :)

With etherum and neo at 1000 and 200 respectively.

Ark 5-8x
Omg 3x
Tenx 10x
Kmd 10x
Xrp 4x
Ltc 6x

Well that's my portfolio now and thats what I am hoping :P

The only place all these scamcoins-of-the-week will go is exactly same place DOGE went. Remember DOGE?

I like your logic. Because Doge went down the shitter, this means everything will follow. I'd guess they will all end up in the shitter at some point in time. But not necessarily as a scam.

BCH went the same place. XRP, the ETH (but exactly identical, you understand, both in "value proposition" and marketing approach) of 2014 idem.

In the end, all altcoins go in the shitter. There is no possible exception to this, much like in the end, all things end up falling on earth. Even birds. Even really cool birds. Even condors. Also airplanes. And everything else.

My opinion is that bitcoin will be at 7500, +/-7500. There is a ton of hype around bitcoin and I think it’s still very vulnerable to big governments/businesses trying to scare individual owners. After watching how China and Jamie Diamond helped it drop from 5k to 3k in a week(ish) I don’t think it’s possible to even get in the ballpark of where it could be in a month.

From what I understand, the market cap of bitcoin has been hovering around the market cap of PayPal since August, And I see it staying *around* there for now. It should be interesting how the Segwit2x fork changes things though. There’s just too much uncertainty with how fast it exploded in the first half of this year.

Altcoins as a whole have increasedand decreased pretty proportionally to bitcoin the the past few months. Bitcoin has built the recognized brand and no altcoin can compete with it as of now. I don’t see that changing in the near future.

The next fork doesn't have much of a support and the free Bitcoin gold you will be getting won't be worth that much.

It's better to buy other altcoins now that they are so low, for better returns when BTC stabilises or hits a resistance.

12 months is a pretty long time. But it is speculated to reach 6400-6900 by year end.

I still remember back in 2013 when I use to follow Bitcoin and it was around $400 - $500, then went to $1,000 and then mtgox thing happened. I really feel bad watching bitcoin at $4,800. :(

I will say $10k . I read an article where a bank executive was considering introducing his bank to trading bitcoin. If that happens your guess is as good as mine

Someone offered me bitcoin in 2015 for my service and I was like "NO BRO, it sucks, I need $$ ". He insisted a lot to offer service for bitcoin because he didn't have PayPal for payment.

I miss those days :(

Ahhhhh, what do we have here, another surge and the cacophonous squeals of the dawdling bitcoin hobbyist sees no halt!
Some are still staggering from the disastrous panic sells that transposed once the numbers started shifting downwards while others are now convinced that cryptocurrencies are their vocation(!)
Discerning whether a coin will go up or down is downright impossible and I'm speaking from firsthand experience if I must say so.
While many are moved with the sudden lurch of BitCoin, others ruminate about the potential that was lost in not investing at the right moment, right place, right coordinate, right number, right space.
Doesn't all this chatter and lollygagging remind you of a quite familiar exhibit? The casino, for example?
Just put it all on red and be done with it, don't let it consume your existence.
You are better than that.

How are the sharks supposed to eat people alive if they don't go swimming?

You must be a very special soul to look at something that has steadily grown more than ~any blue chip in the history of the stock exchange and to think "casino".
