You're not going to find a decent writer for $1 to $2 per 100 words. You're going to get someone who either provides absolute garbage, or is a non-native speaker who will run their content through several grammar checking tools.
If you bump that up to the $3 to $5 per 100 words, then you'll get a decent writer. If you shell out more than that, you're going to get higher quality results.
I can see all the threads you requested samples and coupons for. Each one of them has grammatical issues in their sales thread copy. Most of them tout "native English". This is one of the biggest red flags (to me) for content writing. I've never heard anyone who speaks proper English (or writes it for that matter) use this phrase.
However, people from non-English speaking countries, who use English as a second language, pop "native English" in their sales copy constantly.
