Where do you guys get your videos from

I'm pretty new to youtube seo etc...

I figured some stuff out, but where do you guys get your vids from? I mean okay most I guess will just reupload from funny sites but the thing is most youtubers complain "stolen vide" etc. stuff like this. I heared some "stealing" the videos from facebook and upload them on youtube.

So expect from creating videos its just about stealing and reuploading other videos and just don't care about the "stolen" comments(maybe I am to sensitive lol) ?
