ya thrive architect is the cheapest/easy to work with alternative to the high priced softwares. You can pay someone on Fiverr to install it on your website for 5 bucks rather than paying the membership fee. Technically it's not piracy that way either. I think anyways.

Purelander is good for creating simple landing pages. they have demos and you can easily modify them for your use. They charge $25/6 months.

you can use google site to create landing page, alternative blogger.com and wordpress.com
if you have budget, try tools such as builderall or clickfunnels.

I recommend trying a Wordpress.
