But are the +1's sticking? There are a lot of +1 Gigs on Fiverr.. some of which seem to be fake, ie +1's from the same bloody IP. If you have a success story with a gig, then please do share.

They even said, that they look at the authority of the profile who click's the +
They KNOW that there will be automatically an marketplace for buying +'s.
At YouTube for example they started implementing more and more anti-spam stuff, as the time went by. At +'s they did most of it already before the release in my opinion.
So +'s from people who have circles / connections / real people = SERP increasement.
Where to get them?
Wait for more people to register - Do it like "Pay with a +" for publishing ebook's with an interesting title.
