Where do you go for...

So I'm relatively new at the whole IM thing and I'm working to build myself a few new working relationships so I can outsource things I'm not very good at.

I'm looking for a graphics designer for business cards/logos/flyers, etc. because i'm particularly suck ass at graphics work and I have no idea where to start...

where else do you go to find people for other services you outsource?

Try fiverr.

you can search here for good graphic packages on the services for sale section, you can look at sites like elance for freelancers for specific jobs or per hour, and you can go for fiverr for small things like logos etc

I actually run a graphic design company myself!

thanks - I'm not really looking for simple 5r stuff... I really would like to have on going projects with this person and know my costs up front on a regular basis so I know who I'm going to go to time and time again and what to expect for turn around time, and quality.

I'll take your advice though and check out elance/FS section.
