Where do you get your inspiration?

This is aimed more towards the designers with a lot of experience.

As a beginner I find myself looking through a lot of different sites and other templates to draw ideas from to implement into my own designs, just curious if everyone does this or has a vision in mind of what the template should like before working on it.

Usually when I'm creating templates I check Dribbble . You can find some great designs that can inspire you
