Where do YOU get your free images?

Just been struggling to find some decent images for my blogs. I mean I have a fotolia account, I buy pics here and there, but I'd like to know where you guys usually go to get free images. Flickr? Photobucket? Something else? Google images?!?! Those all seem to have some sort of restriction about using their images so I'm a little hesitant in doing that...

There are several free stock/microstock sites. Just google it.

God I hate when people tell me to google it. No offense but don't you think I haven't done that by now? Try it. Search for free images and good luck navigating through the junk. Else, you find sites that does have free images but there's always a fucking catch, so just wanted to know what others around here actually use.

There was a share of 4400 royalty free photos. I think it was here but I'm not sure. Anyways, I still had a copy of the links where you can download it.

i pray they have it so i dont have to go dumpster diving.

what are real consequences for ...ummm...borrowing from google images?? =()
 
whats wrong with google image search :D I just search the keyword and download it my pc then upload ;)
 
i actually just grab it from google just save on computer LOL how can they tell unless ur linking them and google iamges are form other people's pages aynways

Agreed! sxc.hu is my favorite. It certainly does not compare to a site like istockphoto (paid), but as far as free images go, its pretty good!
 
I usually grab my images by searching the web. If I am looking at a site and see a good image, I'll download it to my images directory for later use.
 
Google image search. Use your head and modify the grabbed photo somewhat to make it yours. A copy of Adobe Photoshop helps a lot in image editing (my favorite tool for this), but there are many other programs that can also do photo editing.
 
I usually get mine from google, or i pay someone from freelancer to make me a vectorized image. youll be surprised at how cheap youll get them
