Where do you get your comments? Fiverr or is there a website exchange for tokens type of thing?

Natural comments isn't the way to go because most competitors that are ranking at the top have comments that even a blind man could decipher to be fake.

There is several methods
1 To hire a person (2-3-4 or more) who will parse ur competitors and will copy/paste comments (this is one of best solution to get quality comments on lowest price)
2 To hire a person who will compose comments on your blogs (this will make ur comments to be unique, it's possible to add to them some links to other internal pages of your blog with relevant posts but this will cost much more than 1st solution)
3 to buy some Blog comment parser (as example cmscommander) which automatically will parse few hundreds of blogs and will add from them comments to your (this is the cheaper way but also it will give u worst quality)

Or....you could just go around commenting on people's posts, leaving a link to your website (most of the blogs will ask for your website, when you post comments).

You could also create content, aimed at engaging people. There are tons of legit posts about how to make your blog posts more comment-worthy.

It is not so, if you blog is really good people will definitely comment on them. TO get people attention to your blog, do some social bookmarking and put the links on social website like facebook, twitter, G+ etc.

Yea right...just make a good comment and people will flock to you. BS There are some staffed services that can do it.
