Where do you get Proxies to then Re-Sell? Server?

I'm looking to possibly start selling Bulk proxies. I have been doing a lot of research on G, but can't seem to find where these people who sell Bulk Proxies are getting their proxies to sell. I need hundreds of thousands, I just need to know where to get them to re-sell in bulk.

Well, have you approached ARIN yet with your BS? IPv4 addresses are getting harder and harder to find... 5+ years down the track with IPv6 being common we'll see packs of 100k+ proxies being sold for pennies :).

Yes, but that will happen in 3-4 years at least. And I'm very sure that new strict rules will appear on sites (e.g. google.com, fiverr) about accounts per Ip or IP-class. The site owners aren't stupid

If you are talking about public proxies to be used with ScrapeBox (...), you will can't find "hundreds of thousands", but only 1k-4k max.

you need to find by try ,check here BHW service thread there are number of provider,
you can bulk discount also
 
My question isn't where to buy from other people for any use. I want to know where proxies come from. Are the people at the top, who are selling to the bulk sellers, getting their proxies from a server, or what? I'm confused where these proxies come from in the first place to be sold down the line from one person to the next in bulk.

If I just wanted to buy some proxies, I know of websites. I'm trying to cut out the middle man and get to the main source. Doesn't seem like anyone really knows though, here at least.
 
if you are truly a millionaire, and can afford $1M/mo for hundreds of thousands of private proxies, then go for it.

The money is not the issue. The issue is finding out where to get them, cutting out the middle men.
 
Im also curious myself. Do the people selling proxies here buy them and then resell them, or do they somehow create them, and if you can create them, how do you do this? I have no interest in reselling, just creating them for my own personal use
