Where do you get a unique brandable Logo Design ?

Can somebody recommend a designer who is really creating unique and brandable logo designs ?
The paid logo designs i found only are basicly put together from diffrent sets of pictures from a collection i guess and have nothing to do with a real brandable logo.

I use Dribbble. Search for 'logo' and then find a designer you like.

Note: You will be asked to pay a premium price. Just try to negotiate it down as much as you can. Don't expect to spend $30.

I've tried Fiverr and didnt like what 99 designs has to offer. After a few trys and being disappointed, I ended up trying it myself on PhotoShop then Illustrator after a few youtube lessons. Heres a few I'm playing with now...

I'm looking for a real professional one who is first brainstorming a day and not just 5 minutes and after that starts to work on his own unique brandable logo.I dont mind paying $xxx for such a logo but each and every service i used in the past is using clustered picture crap

If you have $xxx to spend, I'd definitely recommend Dribbble. Those guys are really good at what they do.
