Where do you find the best E-Book writers?

I am looking to get into Kindle publishing I just wanted to know if you know any cheap writers? I am looking for around 25k words for a good price, obviously no grammatical mistakes etc. I know about e-writer solutions but if Ii can find something cheaper ill be down.
I am not looking to hire someone just wanted to know.

I get this but I am not looking to build an amazing novel, just a cheap starter to get some budget to hire better writers later on.
