That's like asking how can I get on the 1st page of Google for $10. Quality has it's price.

Fiverr will be the cheapest place to go. You probably wont get the best quality work there, but you'll get some good work done there.

Ya like was already said, try Fiverr. I got lots of graphics designed from there and the quality is real good.

Fiverr the cheapest marketplace on internet. For just 5$ you can get your work completed. Also if you don't have 5$ go register on swiftly they offer you 1 free task.

If you're looking for a logo, I got one done here for $5. It's really really good for that price.
