Where do you create lots of emails?
Gmail, even behind a proxy, allowed me to create one, and then if I try with another (on a different proxy) it asks me to verify the phone number before activating it.

For now I've found i'm using outlook.live.com and gmx.com

Any other service which will let me create accounts behind proxy without phone verification?

yandex, the russian google, doesn't require a phone number and doesn't limit you in any way.

Social network won't see a Yandex email as a possible flag for spam?

Yandex is a legit service, lots of every day people use it, it's pretty popular in Russia.

Creating email accounts isn't the hardest part, keeping them alive is. I think you'll have a bad experience with Outlook. It can be that they allow creating accounts without phone verify, but they will lock the accounts.

We're getting into an era where you can't really do anything without phone verification. It was the exception a few years back, but now it's more like the rule.

Try Protonmail. You can avoid phone verify in 100% of the cases, mostly it requires to solve a captcha or you can choose email verify, you can use temporary email services for this purpose.

AOL was pretty easy to create, when i last tried, but maybe that has changed.

I have never lost an AOL or Protonmail account due to locking by the provider, i can't say the same for Hotmail, i have lost Hotmails in the couple hundreds range or maybe even a thousand. Generally non-PVA Outlook accs are not a good idea, if you want to access them later, they're mostly good for one time verify.

Maybe purchasing a domain name is a good plan. Download an email creator script which will create email addresses like [email protected] automatically

While it's true that it's easy to create lots of email accounts like that, it leaves footprints, what you want to avoid at all costs, if you're planning to use the addresses on social media sites.
