Yes, there is a bunch of options here, but where exactly do you buy proxies? I was used to buy it on proxy-seller but it isn't good...I'd like to hear some suggestions, please

I guarantee you that this thread will be filled with people saying "just look at blackhatworld marketplace" without going any further even though most of them do not even know what Proxy is.
Depending on the reason, there are different providers. Bright Data is great for generic usage but they are full KYC.
Would really need to know what you are going for before recommending anything.

Alternatively, you can also post in the “Want to Buy” (https://www.blackhatworld.com/forums/want-to-buy.92/) section if you have customized requirements like customized protocol requirements, locations and payment methods etc.
