where do you bank?

I bank with bank of america because they didn't require me to register my corporation in my state in order to set up a bank account...

Anyone know of any other banks that operate like this?

I use both HSBC and BOA for corp accounts. BOA was definitely easy. But HSBC undertook my initial paperwork to do business in NY State as a Delaware corp, so they were useful.

i use citi... they have great support..! i used HSBC before but they took like ages to upgrade me to preferred status.. in citi it was from day one!

they dont ask for anything most of the time from me.. plus they are fast + i can do everything on the phone! they even collect my cheques from my place!

they also opened my offshore account in no time! without any major paperwork!
