Where do you actually find OnlyFans models for collabs or rev-share work?

I’m thinking about getting into OFM, I’m trying to understand how people here find reliable creators to collaborate with. I saw a thread mentioning AI-based creators, but not many concrete steps on what actually works in practice.

If you’ve managed OF models before, built a small roster, or tested AI girl funnels, I’d really like to hear what your process looked like. How did you find your first model, what worked, and what fell apart? Any red flags to watch out for when starting out?

DM girls you know irl/ask them if they know who might be interested. if you know Game, it can be a lot easier for you to find a model as well as manage her.
respect is everything: if you think she cares about money, you'd be surprised; if she doesn't look up to you, it's over.

P.S.: don't work with faceless creators and don't split 50/50 (you are the one who's doing most of the work, and it's ghey anyway).
 
Are you creating an agency or would it just be you managing the models?

There are different platforms you can use to get models (with different strategies). But it's important to have a clear structure before starting. In terms of payments, registration, number of expected content etc
 
Can you elaborate more about "if you think she cares about money, you'd be surprised?" What did you mean by that, thanks!

I have a consistent way to drive OF traffic and I want to start either building an agency or maybe manage some models. How would you go about this if you had to start from the beginning? Would you work with one model at a time or start a marketing agency?

I run an agency if you would love to join us we are open to accept new models and you can collab with our models
 
In instagram yiu can target specefic locations and go from there.
 
Reach out to creators through their public socials (Twitter/X, Reddit, or Instagram) and offer clear, professional terms so genuine models interested in collabs or rev-share can respond.

I would start with a couple models for sure. That's the way to ensure you have consistent revenue. You can test different things and avoid models bailing out on you. Maybe not an agency at the start but there would plans for that.
 
For rev share how are you setting it up? Is there an automated tool to split the rev, do you worry about not getting paid out?

I have been wondering about this too. I just started looking into OFM recently and keep getting stuck on how people actually find real reliable models to work with.

Go to local strip clubs and ask the girls there if they are willing to do the work. It's good because they already selling their body, they just add a different stream of revenue to their current job.
 
OFM is very hard. I tried. Promoting s*x cams is much easier and you target the same simps. You just have to provide sign ups through your referral link. In OFM you have to deal with models.
And the models are very temperamental. You often have to beg for content and wait ages because they can’t be bothered to work. Or after a month they’ll stop working with you and go to another agency. You also have to pay the chatters. You never know who you’re hiring. Finding good chatters can also take months. There are so many things that can go wrong. Whereas in promoting sex cams, everything is dead simple. You get a referral via a reflink and that’s all you care about. It doesn’t matter which model he spends his money on – you’ll always get 20% of everything he spends. Lifetime recurring commissions. And people can get hooked and spend money on girls for years on end. Just like on OnlyFans, but much easier.
 
OFM can be really hard, and finding models too who can trust you managing their images and links. i think the best way to get more is networking more and maybe starting off with new and growing models
 
Honestly, finding reliable of models for collabs is like any other creative project: networking is key. Hit up social media, explore relevant communities, and don't be afraid to reach out directly, but always vet potential partners thoroughly and set clear expectations upfront to avoid any red flags
