where do u get a VA? how much do you pay them?

$5/hour minimum,
Otherwise, you'll get crappy work
I really can't even imagine what type of shitty work you'll get for $1/hour. Even for India, the rate is extremely low... It's not the '80s anymore dude!

You can easily find a VA charging $2 per hour. You just need to look harder.

It's simple work. Copy and pasted lol.
freelancer has people for $2 but I don't like freelancer

3$/ hour is fine for an indian.if it is copy paste job.
Average indian works 8 hrs a day > 3*8=24 ( ~1500 rs per day) . Actually its above average salary for an indian.
I have friends who can work. add me Skype : kreativesatya

$5 is pretty expensive, the minimum wage in eastern European countries(where all the young people in cities that use the internet that also know English at least well enough to give instructions) are a fraction of that price.

Romania $1.83 per hour
Poland $2.93 per hour
Hungary $2.43 per hour

I found my VA on freelancer, I pay him $4CAD per hour.

He is based out of Bangladesh and dose an excellent job.

If you use a freelance service make sure to create a test project for them to test their skills. It took me 3 tries before I found someone who is good.

Good luck in your search!

Depends man there are countries where you can get it for 60usd a month fulltime and yes im serious and no it aint the overhyped filipinos :) and no they aint crap or produce low quality
think out of the box guys

I'm grabbing a VA this week for a hyper-productive second half of 2016 from here: https://www.onlinejobs.ph/

Some pretty solid people on there. $250 or so a month for a part-timer. I'm all about it.

Thanks for the share, definitely looks like a solid choice over other freelancer websites. Do you have any previous experience with them? I'm in the market for an assistant for just a couple hours a week, thinking maybe this site is the best option for something like that.

With Greece at $500 min wage salary, you can find very talented people here at $5/h (most jobs pay $3.3/h out there now..)

Youth unemployment is at ~50% therefore you can find very talented students ,with university degree ,who speak at least English as foreign language.

Alot more people throughout Europe including Eastern Europe areas like Greece,Bulgaria,Romania understand English than what they like you to believe(for reasons BHW is too sensitive to talk about).
