Where do sites like Likes.com host their images?

Hi there guys, some of you may know what likes.com is. My curiosity is, how or where do they host their images? For instance, if you go to http://media.likes.com/how-long-would-walter-whites-sentence-be and check out the file of the image location, it's not in .jpg.

Where are they hosting their images? Is it from a cloud hosting? I'm trying to get my images encrypted like theirs.

Thats just a random file naming and can be hosted on any kind of host that suits the purpose. The name more looks like a md5 has to me. The extension doesn't matter either, you can use whatever extension you want, and you should set in your apache config to handle files with those extensions as images. Done
