Where do people that sell FB-Likes get them from?

Just a quick question: If I search for "buy Facebook Likes" on Google I get an abundance of opportunities to chose from. Where do all these people get their Likes from?

I know there are exchange services like AddMeFast and the like - but I'm wondering if there's more to it than that. Especially because most of the sellers claim that they're selling real Likes. And I can't believe that someone manages 1'000+ accounts just to sell a couple of likes (but maybe I'm wrong).

Background: I'd like to add a couple fans to a brand new Facebook Page to make it look more populated and I'm evaluating the possibilities.

Mate if you want to "buy" fans I'd suggest having an already big page on fb, get in contact with them and they can share/ shoutout ur content/page this will give you real fans cause people will show a true interest, don't waste money on fake fans most are bot accounts, I have a fb page with 95k real fans, message me on skype eight.comics and we can sort something out if you want.
