The emails related to any particular niche are bought and sold for cold emailing and marketing purposes. There could be some section in the marketplace for emails and related services. You can look there. If you want to buy, you can post in "Want to Buy" section as well.

Facebook groups. Usually from optin lists though, but I've seen people selling scraped list. For scraped lists, they're extremely large, targeted, and clean. You'll have to provide a free sample to show it's legit. Buyers will know if it is or isn't.
