I wouldnt reomend starting with posts like this', people get aggy about it. Id strongly recomend reading, read as much as you can. Every method you like copy to a word document (along with the link to the post). When you have 5 stop reading and then re read the 5. Pick your favorite and then actaully take action.
-Top left if you click Main Forums it breaks it all down in to the catagories.
-I think the Journey section maybe a nice place to start as you can get involved with the mehtods there.
In short- read read read read - take action - re read - take more action - take action
