I've been making a steady $400 bucks a month with a WP blog and some some paid file sharing services for the past few months. I have a pretty good system down and post constantly which takes up the majority of my time nowadays. I would like to scale up as it seems I have peaked in terms of the amount of work I can do myself in a day but I have no clue as to how to automate or outsource this project. I did see a post in the services section here where you can hire a team to do your bidding for about 300 bucks per month but I would be running too lean at that price. Please give me advice as this is becoming more and more time consuming and I have other projects that have been neglected and on the back burner for quite some time.

Figure out how many articles(or whatever you need done) you need per week and your budget for those articles. Then either put an ad up in the Hire A Freelancer section here on BHW or put an ad out on a site like elance or getafreelancer. If at all possible try to scale up to bring in more money to pay the new help.

Sounds good Un, It's kinda hard to price per post though. Some posts don't generate much at all while others do. I suppose I could outsource the post that I think will have the highest return.

There has to be an average though overall, pay well below that average and it will work out. Not to mention the fact that you could then focus your free time on another website that you could get up and running while your outsourced work is still bringing in the revenue. I am willing to bet that the site could be much more successful with time, which equates to higher income from that site and thus justifying the outsourced amount.

I'm definately gonna play around with some numbers and see if I can find some cheap workers. I also have an idea for the site involving cs that I think would make some nice bank but I'm going to have to spend some more time doing seo on the site and driving traffic in order for that plan to work.
