I want a site I'm working on to have a 1-800 support number that will start off as a recorded message but will eventually have phone operators. What's the cheapest yet workable option?

twilio.com is considerably cheaper than the above post. (checked it out... $1.25/min??????)
you can get 1800 number for (pretty sure) $2/mo ....and I think its something like $.03/min.

they recycle numbers though, so you might endup receiving calls for other people who were already using that number, and end up paying for them
