For all of you who rent out proxies, where do you buy fresh proxies to sell to others? Is there some proxy warehouse that sells all of these or what?

I ask because I need fresh proxies that aren't blacklisted by Facebook.

they make them by buying a lot of ip block from data center using vps or something,. > private proxies

other cheap proxies are port scanned ,.> public proxies

I just purchased proxies from instantproxies.com and they are working great for me. I think they have the cheapest for as low as $10.00/mo for 10 proxies. If you want to resell, maybe then they can help you sell easily because their prices are affordable. You might want to check their reseller/affiliate program.
