They might have their own data centers to host.

They do not upload/host any movie, as you can see, you can connect to different servers on their page, meaning that the movie is uploaded my someone on any filestream upload site and they just embed that video into their page.
That's the reason they can't take DMCA takedowns and shit like that, because they do not uploaded the content, they are just providing a website page that redirects to that content.

Well, I'm sorry but this is not accurate. The actual reason they are able to last long is they are hosted on countries that ignore DMCA's
you are legally responsible for sharing a link even if you're not the one who uploaded the content.

    Touché.

That's true, but some websites also do what I stated.

yes, but they are risking getting into big problems if they have the misconception that they are not responsible simply because they do not host the content. I just feel like warning people since I'm a lawyer and this is a very common misconception.

They always put disclaimer on the footer, says
"Disclaimer: This site does not store any files on its server. All contents are provided by non-affiliated third parties."

Most of the time they upload it on vid hosting site like vidlock, rapidshare, openload, etc
if you're going to make website like this, at least use vid hosting that doesn't mining bitcoin secretly since it sucks

that argument doesn't keep torrent download sites from getting closed. they are helping someone violate laws which makes them culpable.

"i don't steal, i just fence goods that were stolen by someone else." :D

The distribution of copyrighted materials without permission (over the internet) can be a violation of federal law Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA").
Indeed, you can report those sites and they will be taken down. Mostly of the time they will reborn to a same shit with different domain

Guys, thanks for your answers. It’s clear that these websites host their videos elsewhere.

However I am interested to know where they host the main websites, not the videos. Fact is that they need to deal with quite huge volume of traffic, thus high computing power and at the same time these websites have problem with DMCA too. Still looking for the exact name or country of their providers

Servers from QHoster.com and KVChosting.net are solid and reliable and their prices are low.
    They are worth trying.

Many of sites have been took down that don't have anything to do with the uploading of content.

Sharing links is not a crime, if is crime why shouldn't Google be closed to provide access to pirated websites, fake news, malware websites? Yes, they can be removed upon request to remove link from Google Search.
But should be Google penalyzed for that? Why? They aren't doing nothing illegal than only sharing links and results...

Is not easy to arrest someone because he has shared a link, in Europe. In USA/UK is not hard, but in Europe is a kinda difficult, and you will accuse he for what? Tell me? For sharing a link? He can claim, that he didn't make any upload or hosted that content.

You will accuse him for what? Is difficult, you need good proofs to do that, there is money involved in such activities? No. Did he upload that content? No.

These things can help him to defense in legal battles. Like I said, you can't say he is responsible for sharing a link. The website isn't owned from him. So why he should be accused for that?

If you have website that just are links and redirects, not host and you don't earn money is not easy to accuse someone of "host" DMCA Content, because is only links there.
