Where do all the XBL sellers get their codes ??

i am really looking since a long time for serios distributors for xbox live codes
here in the wholesale are some guys who sell codes, but anyone know where they get them from ??
most of them dont tell it but i really need this codes.
i am ready to pay some money if someone has a cheap distributors list.
is it possible to get 12 month codes for under $30?

99.99 % of them use stolen credit c@rd information of others to buy the codes and reselle on forums ..
 
It would seem so. Plus when you ask them on Skype if the codes are not stolen, they never give a straight answer. I got a response from one guy saying "yes they nice".
 
I am getting genuine code for $37.$ for 12 month. Bulk buying. They are scanned images. I know many selling under $25 but they r carded
 
At $37 if u buy the market price is above 45. Easily u get $8 profit.

They are even too hot ... meaning heavy competition and all of them selling for nearly same price. Also all if them with same title and same picture, so quite hard to get your listing seen
