To be honest i thought there are some free.. but i gave up and ask one friend to let me use their free ip adresses as proxy...
Still in proces of setting up and i am very satisfied till now. Fastest proxy i have ever used...

Just hang out in the proxies section for lists. Alternatively, there are some great and fast shared/private proxies in my signature.

I have been using usaproxies.net on and off for a few years now. His prices are good and so is his service. Every now and then I grab some extras from fiverr and have had mixed luck with them.

Search the web. There are many reputed proxy service providers today. You can also use scrapebox, Tompots and G-S-T to get fast proxies.
