There are some people here that did that for free just for fun. Search the forum for "free tweet" and I bet that if you message them they wouldn't say no.

If you want just a free tweet, PM me with your link and as long as it's not anything weird I can tweet it to my 12500 followers. I DON'T provide such a service btw.
