Where did It all go wrong??

Hi guys, I?m about to have a nervous breakdown. I?ll try to explain, but this may seem like waaayyyy T.M.I.
First: I won?t mention my sites name because I don?t want anyone thinking I?m trying to spam or drop a link.
Here goes. I started a site in 2006 and have tried to make it profitable since then. (my site is free to the public). I pay my hosting fees monthly even though I have lost my Job in 2008 got another job in 2009 and got fired three months after having my first child in 2010. In the last year I have lost my house, had my car repossessed, moved to a one bedroom apartment on the wrong side of town, and I just got a letter from wellsf**k-you saying that they are in the process of repossession for my wife?s car. (F**K!!!!!). I have no job, my wife?s job just fired a bunch of people and work the piss out of everyone in her department. I found her crying in the bed room last Thursday because her job is stressing her the hell out! I feel like a worthless piece of SH!T because I can?t find a job. I take my 5-1/2 month old son on job hunting expeditions only to get were not hiring right now, Careerbuilder and Monster are a waste of time.
My site has made me $160 in the past 4 years *TOTAL* on average for the past 2 years I make $0.25 a day. I use Blacklableads and they suck bad. I have just over 5000 members and gain about 3 per/wk. I am not a true webmaster, I taught myself PHP and haven?t a fu(king clue how to truly make my site worth anything. I know most of you guys are well to do, and know what it takes to make your web business profitable. I?m hoping someone on here could lend a few words to a guy who?s trying. My stomach flips every time I watch my son sleeping in his crib, I get sick every time I talk to my family members who ask ?how are you, is everything going ok? How is your wife, and the baby? Found a job yet?? Translation: Hey looser, has life finished beating the snot out of your fu(king skull yet? Wow; she hasn?t left your broke ass yet? You?ve got a kid retard, get your sh!t together!
Please Help! What can I do with this site that will make some money? Not a loser, just losing it right now.

Not so much what you can do with your website are you uk or us.

Well the quickest cash will come from you doing freelance jobs or CPA. Making your website more profitable is going to take time, and it sounds like you have a forum. They are not very profitable as the CTR is very low. You need to allocate demand and match it with the competition to see where it would be worth setting up a website = micro niche sites and over time, this could make you money, but I suggest you go to the freelance section first.

i dont think this is for you then sir as there isnt one method( that i know off) that can get you as much money as u need. this takes work and TIME!! im not trying to be rude but it would be worst to get you excited over something and waste time on it when you could be looking for another job. just keep trying to advance man i know its tough butu cant give up. good luck and i hope everything works out for you.

I second xthoms. Turning your website into profitable one will definitely take some time.

As you're urgently in need of money, i suggest you to look over Hire-a-freelancer section and join in freelancing sites first to make some quick cash.

I'm willing to support you a bit until you grow up and make money on your own. I'm doing all this as you're married and have a baby and living without a job.

is your domain worth anything? maybe its times to cut your losses and move on to another website. how good are you with php? I might need some work done.

Thank you all for your sincere responses. I'm trying to stay hopeful about this website. I will take all of the suggestions into consideration. I don't plan on giving up on my site, I'll go down with my ship (salute) LOL.

If you really need money, then get a job at mcdonalds or a fast food place. work your butt of there and get as much hours as possible.
I hear tons of stories about all these people just like you, they cant "get a job" because they won't stoop low enough to get jobs at mcdonalds or places like that.

Sounds like things are pretty bad. This economy is hitting a lot of people the same way. I think at this point it is time to give thought to trying some of the money making methods discussed in this site that you not have wanted to do before. Desperate times call for desperate messures.
