where did i get it wrong

i got accepted into adworkmedia and i choose a sweepstake offer of 1year Netflix subscriptions and febreze sample giveaway
i didn't have money to buy traffic so i started using free traffic i used Facebook and 4 Instagram account with around 200 followers each and also used forum related niche that i have been a member for a while now
results
1 i got only 30 clicks and no conversion
2 i go banned from facebook
3 one Instagram account got banned
4 i got banned from my forums too() reason being misleading threads....don't know what that means, i sent them directly to the offer no landing page was included

how to improve
1should i change my niche ( freebies,coupon and sweepstakes)
2 should i change my cpa network
3 should i switch to paid traffic ...if so, can u suggest the best ppc network that will suit my niche ( a friend suggested pop traffic) ..a list of pop traffic will be appreciated if pop traffic is really wat i need?
4 i heard so much about tracking tool ...should i use it ....is there any free one?
5 do i get more Instagram account?

1. Stick with Instagram, drop Facebook

2. Do not use paid traffic , needs a lot of experience to get a good ROI

3. Substitute YouTube in place of those forums.

tanks mate ....i have no experience with YouTube do you mind showing me where to start.....so i should not make use of paid traffic at all

I dont really agree with this. i know plenty of guys who are generating good volume, it just takes hard work and patience.
