Noticed something funny lately. All those guys selling $997 courses on "secret methods" just vanished.

Same dudes who ran webinars about scraping + posting + ranking. Same screenshots recycled for years. Same funnel, same pitch, same fear-based marketing. Then AI tools shipped and nuked their edge overnight.

The methods were never special. They were just tedious. Manual workflows. Frankensteined scripts. VA sweatshops. Once GPT style tools started writing cleaner copy, generating pages, spinning code, and handling logic, the bottleneck disappeared. So did the gurus.

Most of them did not adapt. They could not. Their value prop was teaching steps, not thinking. When the steps got automated, there was nothing left to sell.

Meanwhile the quiet builders just swapped tools. Same goals, new stack. Prompt chains instead of SOPs. Agents instead of VAs. Output went up, costs went down, noise stayed the same.

AI did not kill methods. It exposed who actually understood the system versus who memorized a playbook.

Funny how fast "lifetime access" expires when the market moves.

Lifetime access for courses is a joke. I have seen that for many of my bought courses, they kill the sharing link in few months without notifying.

It may not stop here
Maybe lecturers who don't know their stuff are up next...lot of lecturers rehearsing old stuffs are planning leaving

@savitaprasad yeah thats classic - lifetime access until Stripe chargebacks start - once traffic dries up they nuke the links + move domain - seen it a dozen times - real value was never the videos anyway it was timing + execution

@medialounge agree - same pattern everywhere - if your whole value is repeating slides you didnt build, youre cooked - tools change but fundamentals dont - ppl who actually ran systems just adapt the stack + keep shipping - talkers disappear quietly

Yeah, it's kinda noticable. Courses get leaked a day after realising - no driving force to buy. It's like there's a collective to ruin course authors.
