Have you tried registering on freelancing platforms such as Fiverr or Upwork? You can create gigs/packages and people will be able to find you when looking for those types of services. :)

Take a look at the Fiverr.com you will see lot's of Gigs on Translation in French and Arabic, You can do so. You can also use Upwork, Freelancer.com to make money.

Apart from every suggestions you have been presented with, here's one you could really try: advertise your services in your country's classified ads websites. This will help cut down on the amount of competition you have to deal with. Hope that helps :)

This is fluent English? Better learn a skill that doesn't involve writing or translating.
Thanks for your advice , and sorry to disappoint you but yes this fluent as you said , just made some mistakes because i didn't pay attention , and i'm also certified by the us embassy C1 in English

Your english sounds fine. Upwork will be great for you, and there are some test you can take on there to add some more value to your profile.

The english is understandable but it's nowhere near fluent lol. That would definitely be false advertising. I talk to a lot of foreigners who can pass as fluent most of the time. No offense intended, but who said you were fluent? Is it a label you gave yourself? I speak fluent english, you can tell because when I'm drunk it makes literally no sense but it sounds deep and philosophical. That's the litmus test.
