Where can I submit?

I have a blog going and I would like some ways to advertise it. Right now I'm doing some YouTube videos related to it.

I'm just wondering if there's some where I could submit links to or something to get the word out?

I think there was a site I saw where you submit it there and it would post the video on a bunch of sites at once?
