Where can I SELL traffic by the click?

Where can I find buyers who will buy traffic by the click, instead of on a CPA or CPS basis? Any ideas welcome. Are there any ad networks, agencies, big brands, etc. that I should be talking to? I have quite a bit of traffic that needs monetizing...

I've seen a few affiliate networks which have offers where they vary your CPC based on some measure of traffic quality. Not looking for those (although of course screening for duplicate clicks from the same IP address would be acceptable). Looking for a constant fixed rate, even if it's not super-high.
