Where can i sell my tech forum?

I have this tech forum for 3 years now and wanted to sell it for i don't have much time to handle it. Its currently pr2 and somehow gets posts from users anywhere.

depending on where you live, there are also several popular "businesses for sale" websites where I see people posting sites as well... Of course, you need to have some traffic and revenue to be able to make any money from it.

In general, a website is worth 3 to 6 months of it's provable, documented income.
